●  Process

Strategy first, logo last

A logo designed before the problem is understood is decoration. This is the order the work actually happens in, and why.

Our process, explained

Here's how it works

1
?     ?     ?
?    CORE    ?
?   PROBLEM
* - - - - - - - - -

Week 1

Problem capture

A deep questionnaire, then research on your buyers and your market, centred on the one core problem your brand has to defend against.

2
[you] vs [1][2]
        [3][4][5]
*---- CONTRAST
POSITION FIXED

Week 1

Positioning & direction

Your position is fixed against the 5 competitors buyers actually compare you with. Moodboards and stylescapes agree the direction before anything is drawn.

3

    LOGO
' - - - - - - - '

Week 2

Identity design

Only now the logo, designed on top of the positioning, then grown into the full system: colour, type, and layout rules. You approve the direction before it ships.

4
* FILES   * GUIDES
*  *  *  *
   HANDOFF
*  WALKTHROUGH

Week 3

Delivery & handoff

Guidelines written down, the complete file library organised, and a walkthrough so your team can run the brand without the designer in the room.
